    The Prime Minister's Lottery Commission began to allocate a dividend as Green Fund.
  • 2006.08
    The Korea Forest Service was charged with the management of the Green Fund.
  • 2006.09
    Green Fund Management Foundation(GFMF) established by the Korea Forest Service for transparent management of Green Fund
  • 2007.09
    The first anniversary of the GFMF establishment
  • 2008.06
    Korea green promotion Agency(KGPA) renamed from GFMF expanded business to look after overseas forest management

    The National Assembly Environment Forum announced the plan for the environmentally friendly development of water resources through forests and fund raising'
  • 1998.07
    37 members of the National Assembly proposed amendment of the Forest Law to issue 「Green Lottery Ticket」
  • 1998.09
    Held a public hearing to reflect public opinions and establish a common ground with the people.

    The Forest Law amended to raise Green Fund by「Green Lottery Ticket」
